Overall management of the RoboSAPIENS project including quality assurance, risk management, and innovation monitoring. Supports all project objectives.

T7.1: Organisation and Management (M1–M36) — Day-to-day project management, coordination of consortium activities, and intellectual property management.
T7.2: Progress and Cost Reporting (M1–M36) — Periodic progress reports, financial monitoring, and cost reporting to the European Commission.
T7.3: Requirements Management (M1–M36) — Maintenance of a common requirements base and establishment of a Requirements Authority to ensure alignment across work packages.
