WP6: Project Management

Objective

Ensure that the network achieves its scientific and training goals through effective organisational, financial, and risk management.

Lead: University of Exeter (UNEXE) · Timing: M1-M48 · Main ESR involvement: All ESRs

Key Tasks

• Coordinate governance, consortium agreement compliance, and communication with the European project officer.
• Monitor recruitment, career development, reporting, deliverables, and progress across all work packages.
• Manage risks, documentation, data handling, and intellectual property in line with proposal commitments.
