WP7: Training and Knowledge Transfer

PCDPs, secondments, workshops, summer schools, and network-wide training for 12 ESRs. Lead beneficiary: University of Exeter (UNEXE).

Objective

Coordinate a high-quality doctoral training programme that combines research excellence, mobility, supervision, and transferable skills development.

Key Tasks

  • Develop personalised career development plans and individual training paths for all ESRs.
  • Organise network-wide research training through workshops, annual plenary meetings, secondments, and summer schools.
  • Monitor progress, supervision quality, and training outcomes across the full doctoral network.
